Scenes from Iceland - A Photo Round Up

 Iceland is a unique, quirky, stunning country. It's unlike anywhere else that I've been. We rented a car and drove the Ring Road around the country (clockwise) in 6 days. We flew into Reykjavik and drove a bit of the Snaefellsnes Peninsula, visited the northern city of Akureyri, a bit of the Highlands, the Eastern fjords, saw Vik, glaciers, Diamond Beach, the ice lagoon and ended up back in Reykjavik for a short visit. I liked it so much that I would go back (spoiler alert!) any chance that I can. Without further ado, here are some of my favorite photos from the Land of Fire and Ice!
